The race results displayed on MyTimes (including name, bib number, age category, city, and finish times) are public records. We aggregate this information from publicly available timing websites and official race organizer disclosures.
As-Is Archive: We act as a public library for the running community. Because this information is already in the public domain, we do not edit or redact individual results.
Scale & Verification: Given the scale of our database (millions of entries), it is not possible for us to independently verify the identity of individuals requesting redactions.
Accuracy: If there is a factual error in your result, please contact the original race organizer or timing partner. Once the source data is corrected, our database will reflect those changes during our regular updates.
2. User Account Data
When you choose to “Sign In” (via Google or other providers), we store specific information to make the site more useful for you:
Identity: We store your name and email address.
Linked Results: We store the specific race results (times) that you link to your profile. This allows you to build a personal dashboard and track your history across different events in one place.
Privacy: This “linked” connection is used to enhance your personal experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your account information or your list of linked results with third-party advertisers.
3. Cookies & Analytics
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and manage your session. We may use anonymous analytics to understand site traffic and improve the platform. We do not use invasive tracking cookies for the purpose of targeted advertising.
