Across 31 races spanning multiple distances, they've shown improvement in shorter formats: half marathons dropped from 2:07:00 to 1:38:13 (-28:47), marathons improved from 4:31:56 to 3:42:51 (-49:05), and 25K times fell from 3:01:18 to 2:15:38 (-45:40).
